1. Digital Products (eBooks & Courses)

📌 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

Eligible for Refund

  • No access granted after payment
  • Significant technical errors
  • Duplicate payment error

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind
  • Product already downloaded
  • Similar free content found elsewhere

2. Consultancy Sessions

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund.
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or one reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.

3. How to Request a Refund
